“Autonomy™ Laparo-Angle™ enables development of “scar-less” surgeries, and the single port laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy is a great example of this enabling power. These devices make single-port surgery viable, even in the most complex cases. Making sacrocolpopexy and other similar procedures less invasive and virtually scar-less is a great benefit to patients.”

Surgeons in South Korea have been utilizing the home-made single port acess device made out of a surgical glove, a wound retractor and conventional rigid port, and there have been a number of publications describing the port device. Although it takes a few minutes to prepare, it's supposed to have the best flexibility and usability even when compared to the more expensive commercial ports currently in the market. Here's the video describing how to make the port. Enjoy.
